2. Our Products
We offer physical apparel and digital products, including downloadable children's eBooks.
Our apparel is generally produced on demand through third-party fulfillment providers, including Printify and its participating print providers.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, sizes, colors, and images accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and manufacturing variations.
Digital eBooks are supplied electronically and do not include a physical book unless expressly stated.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your selected payment method.
Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and product availability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable products.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.

Our apparel is generally printed after an order is placed.
Production and shipping times vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, and carrier.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Digital eBooks and Downloads
Our digital children's eBooks are delivered electronically, generally as downloadable PDF files.
After successful payment, customers should receive access to their purchased digital products through our digital delivery system.
If you experience difficulties accessing a purchased eBook, please contact us.
Purchasing an eBook grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may read the purchased eBook on your personal devices and print copies for personal household use.
You may not resell, commercially reproduce, redistribute, or publicly upload our eBooks without written permission.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
7. Returns, Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights are governed by our published Returns & Refunds Policy, any applicable Right of Withdrawal information, and mandatory consumer protection laws.
Because our apparel is made to order, customers should contact us promptly when requesting order changes or cancellations.
Made-to-order production does not automatically eliminate statutory withdrawal rights.
For digital eBooks, applicable withdrawal rights may be affected by the commencement of digital delivery only where the legally required conditions, including any necessary express consent and acknowledgment, have been satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Unless otherwise stated, our original designs, illustrations, stories, text, logos, and other creative materials belong to Julz Faithwear, YunikaOne UG (haftungsbeschränkt), or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction, redistribution, or use of protected materials is prohibited.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, harmful software distribution, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
